IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING ISSUE, NO PROBLEM! WE WILL OFFER YOU A REFUND IF:

• You provide clear proof of issue and items are unused, still in original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of purchase, together with evidence of purchase.

• You request a refund, and it adheres to the above point, the purchase price (not including shipping costs) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

• You are responsible for returning the items purchased and if they are lost upon return.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND, HOWEVER WILL ALLOW EXCHANGES AS LONG AS:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.

We will not pay for postage on items you wish to exchange.
